All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All card details are encrypted and we do not store your payment information.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for detailed delivery estimates.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
