How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at return@kayzer.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns authorisation and instructions.

Pack Your Items

Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the returns form we'll email you.

Ship Your Return

Send your return to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Returns Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags must still be attached

Items should be returned in original packaging where possible

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

The original shipping cost will be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us with your order number and desired exchange
  2. Return the original item following our returns process
  3. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return

If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at return@kayzer.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the faulty/damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day returns policy.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
